Key responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operational running of Folex Auto Market and KudiGrid.
• Translate strategy set with the Founder into concrete operational plans and delivery timelines.
• Manage a small cross-functional team including marketing, sales and customer-facing staff.
• Design, document and continuously improve internal processes and standard operating procedures.
• Track key operational and commercial metrics and report clearly on progress and risks.
• Oversee vendor, partner and supplier relationships across group businesses.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding and performance management for operational roles.
• Support the launch of new Nafetyn Group businesses and projects as they come online.

What we’re looking for

• Demonstrable experience running operations for a small business, startup or business unit.
• Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.
• Comfortable with digital tools, dashboards and lightweight data analysis.
• Confident communicator in written and spoken English.
• Track record of taking ownership rather than waiting for direction.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketplace, mobility, energy, real-estate or fintech businesses.
• Experience hiring and mentoring junior team members.
