About this role
We are hiring a Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to grow awareness and demand for Nafetyn Group brands - starting with Folex Auto Market and extending into KudiGrid and future group brands.

Compensation
₦100,000-₦150,000 per month
Final compensation will depend on relevant experience, demonstrated capability and the agreed employment arrangement. Performance incentives are based on verified business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Own the content calendar and daily posting cadence across group social channels.
- Produce or commission engaging copy, images and short-form video.
- Plan and run paid social campaigns; monitor spend, results and ROI.
- Build and nurture communities around each brand.
- Coordinate simple influencer and partner activations.
- Report weekly on reach, engagement, leads and cost per outcome.
- Feed insights from social and digital channels back into product and operations.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience running social and digital marketing for a brand, agency or startup.
- Strong writing skills in clear, natural English.
- Comfort designing basic creative in tools such as Canva or Figma.
- Practical experience running Meta and TikTok ads and reading their analytics.
- A structured, deadline-driven approach to a content calendar.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to Nigerian audiences in automotive, energy or property sectors.
- Basic short-form video editing skills.
